Dear Parents and Guardians,
Thank you for your interest in our Catholic school community. We are honored that you are considering us for your child’s education and formation. Our admissions process is designed to be transparent, thoughtful, and centered on ensuring a strong mutual fit between the student, the family, and the mission of our school.
Catholic education is a partnership rooted in shared values, academic commitment, and faith formation. For this reason, our admissions process allows both the school and the family the opportunity to engage in open and honest dialogue before enrollment decisions are made.
The admissions process typically includes the following steps:
First, families are invited to learn more about our school through an inquiry, campus tour, or information session. This stage allows families to become familiar with our Catholic identity, academic expectations, behavioral standards, and family involvement requirements.
Next, families submit a completed application along with the required documentation. This generally includes a birth certificate, immunization records, recent report cards or transcripts, teacher recommendations, and standardized test scores if available. A baptism certificate may be requested for Catholic students, and parish verification may be required when applicable. If a student has an IEP or 504 Plan, this information is requested to help us assess the support needs of the student.
As part of the process, parents and guardians participate in an interview with school administration, and students may also be interviewed when age-appropriate. These conversations allow us to better understand the student’s strengths, needs, and interests, as well as the family’s expectations and willingness to support the teachings and policies of the Catholic Church and the school.
Students may also be asked to complete academic assessments or participate in a classroom visit or shadow day. These experiences help ensure appropriate placement and allow us to evaluate academic readiness and social adjustment.
Once all materials are reviewed, the admissions committee carefully considers each application. Families are then notified of one of the following outcomes: acceptance, conditional acceptance, waitlist placement, or non-acceptance.
Upon acceptance, families are asked to complete enrollment forms, sign the enrollment contract, submit the tuition agreement and deposit, and provide any additional medical or emergency documentation required. These final steps formalize our shared commitment to the student’s education.
Our goal throughout this process is full transparency and open communication. We believe that a successful Catholic education begins with honesty, trust, and collaboration, ensuring that every student entrusted to our care is positioned to thrive academically, spiritually, and socially.
We appreciate your interest in our school and look forward to the opportunity to walk alongside your family in faith and learning.
