Step One:  Online Application (All New Students Preschool - Eighth Grade) The following documents are required with the online application:

• Original or Certified Copy of the Birth Certificate
• Original or Certified Copy of Baptismal Certificate if applying as a Catholic Student
• Most Current Immunization Records
• School Entrance Health Form (must be signed and dated within ONE year of the school start date.  This form MUST be turned in prior to July 31, 2026 if not available at the time of the application. (Click here for the form.  ALL Students must use this form - Preschool - Eighth Grade).

Step Two:  Once the online application is completed, the following forms must be turned in directly to the Admissions Director, Mrs. Marguerite Thompson ([email protected]).

• Preschool Questionnaire
• Kindergarten Recommendation (If applicable)
• First Grade Recommendation (If applicable)
• Second - Fifth Grade Recommendation (If applicable)
• Sixth - Eighth Grade Recommendation (If applicable)
• Prior year final report card (Rising First - Eighth)
• Current year report card (To Date - Kindergarten - Eighth)
• All Standardized Testing
• IEP / 504 (If Applicable)

Step Three:  Once ​the application is complete and all forms are received by Mrs. Thompson, a meeting with the family will be scheduled ​with the Admissions team.  This meeting will not be scheduled until all paperwork is received.

Step Four:  Within two ​weeks of meeting with the Admissions team, all students will receive notification of ​acceptance ​or waitlist.
